Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the appointments of:

• Charlotte Roule as Chief Executive Officer of the China BU. She replaces Jean-Marc Guyot, who retired.
• Grzegorz Górski as Managing Director of the Centralized Generation Métier. He succeeds Shankar Krishnamoorthy, who was appointed Executive Vice-President last January.

Charlotte Roule and Grzegorz Górski are both members of the ENGIE 50.
Charlotte Roule graduated from the IEP Paris (Science Po) and holds a master in tax & business law. She joined the Group in 1999. As of 2009, Charlotte Roule served at Storengy, ENGIE’s subsidiary dedicated to underground gas storage, first as VP HR, then as VP Audit, Risks and Asset Optimization. In 2013, she was appointed Managing Director of Storengy UK, notably in charge of the construction and commercialization of a new storage in the UK, which will be eventually the biggest onshore storage of the country. Charlotte Roule joined ENGIE China BU in July 2016 as Chief Operating Officer, in charge of Operations, Business Development and Innovation before being appointed Chief Executive Officer of the China BU.

Grzegorz Górski took charge of the Centralized Generation Métier, one of ENGIE’s five Métiers. He holds an environmental engineering degree and an environmental doctorate from the Silesia Polytechnic Institute (Poland). He also trained in business administration at INSEAD. Grzegorz Górski began his career in the Group in 1993 as CEO of CITEC, a subsidiary of Tractebel Engineering in Poland. From 2000 to 2006, he held various positions within Electrabel Polska, in charge of commercial development, marketing and sales, as well as trading. From 2006 to 2012, he was Country Manager for Poland and then until 2014, a member of the Executive Committee of the Energy Europe business line, in charge of Central and Eastern Europe. Until now, he was Deputy Director of the Innovation Department.
