Eric Lestanguet is appointed Managing Director Solutions for Residentials and Professionals (BtoC) as of February 1, 2017. He is succeeding Pierre Chatain, who retired. Eric Lestanguet graduated as an engineer from the Institut National Polytechnique of Grenoble. After starting his career in Mauritania then Guadeloupe, he worked in Paris, in the North of France, in French Guyana and in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, holding management and executive responsibilities in the areas of production, distribution and the sale of energy and services. 8 years ago, he joined the Group where he successively occupied the positions of Deputy Director of the Habitat and Professional Customer Base entity and Chairman of the Board of ENGIE Home Services. Eric Lestanguet is also founding member of the National Institute of Customer Relations. Yanick Bigaud becomes Chairman of the Board of ENGIE Home Services, as of February 1, 2017. A trained economist, Yanick Bigaud joined the Group in 1990 after an initial experience in the banking sector. He performed several functions in the financial area, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Controller in the environment, energy and services businesszs. Notably, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of respectively the Energy Europe & International business line, and the Energy Services business line. Until now, Yanick Bigaud was Chief Executive Officer of the service activities in Belgium and Luxemburg, which are operated by the companies ENGIE Fabricom, ENGIE Cofely and ENGIE Axima.
