> Jacques Blein is appointed Director in charge of the Projects Operational Department of ENGIE as of 1 may 2018.

> Philippe Lekane is appointed Group Head of AIFA as of 1st May 2018.

> Caroline Flaissier is appointed CEO of ENGIE Entreprises & Collectivités as of 2 May 2018.

> Jean-Pascal de Peretti is named Director of ENGIE’s Métier BtoB from summer 2018.

> François-Xavier de Froment is appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Electricité de Tahiti, effective as of 1 July 2018.

> Marc Verstraete is appointed Chief Finance Officer for LATAM Business Unit as of 1st July 2018.

> Sophie Charest is appointed Business Line Finances Director – GBS – as of 1 September 2018.
