> Frédérique Dufresnoy is appointed Chief Executive Officer of Flexco as of 1 April 2018.

> Cedric Osterrieth is appointed Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE’s Generation Europe Business Unit effective April 1, 2018.

> Jean-Marc Leroy is appointed Senior Executive Vice-President for External Relations effective 13 April 2018.

> Martin Jahan de Lestang is appointed Managing Director of the Gas Chain Metier.

> Carole Le Gall is appointed Chief Executive Office (CEO) of ENGIE’s France Networks Business Unit effective 1 May 2018.

> Damien Térouanne is appointed Strategic Supply and Sourcing Director for the ENGIE Group effective 1 May, 2018..

> Olivier Biancarelli is appointed CEO of Tractebel effective 7 May 2018.

> Daniel Develay is appointed Managing Director of the Integration Office effective 7 May 2018.
