Matching Energy: launch of the season 2!

A candidate visits matching-energy.engie.com, answers five fun questions about their personality, clicks once and is put in direct contact with an ENGIE employee who shares the same passions as them. After a season 1 that launched the concept both internally and externally, 30 new employees proudly wear the Group’s values for a season 2!

Matching Energy is also a new way for our Group to attract the talent we need to construct the energy world of tomorrow and bring to life our particular vision of carbon-free, decentralised, digitised and fully accessible energy.

This fun experience and original form of contact go much further than a traditional CV and cover letter, reflecting the Group’s desire to base its corporate culture on soft and interpersonal skills: curiosity, inventiveness, an entrepreneurial spirit, collective intelligence, openness and a connection with others and with the world.

Following on from season one, in which the Matching Energy concept was launched internally and externally, below you will find 30 new employees who are proudly championing the Group’s values.
