MIPIM 2017: the energy revolution, driver of local-level innovation!
14/03/2017News
We have a stand of nearly 60 m² within the Cannes Palais des Festivals, at the heart of the Innovation Forum. A meeting place for partners, sales representatives and customers, this space is also a showcase for our solutions for more innovative, safer, more effective and sustainable cities!
Our innovations for sustainable urban development exhibited at MIPIM:
- The robot Pepper, which presents the solutions exhibited on the ENGIE stand but also Darty’s BtoC offering based around the NEST thermostat.
- The 3D demonstrator developed by the Decentralised Solutions for Cities and Territories Business Area (BtoT) and Siradel as part of real-world cities, helping to facilitate sales, decision-making and communication.
- Vertuoz Pilot, our consumption-optimising solution, capable of finding a balance between energy performance and occupier comfort.
- The charging station Vertuoz Born’Elec, the global recharging solution for electric vehicles and energy control of charging stations.
- The methanisation cycle model, which shows the setting-up of a local biomethane loop from bio-waste recovery to the proposing of solutions for meeting the needs of cities and their inhabitants in terms of energy and fuel for transport.
- The organic photovoltaic film by Heliatek, a German industrial growth company in which we have invested via our ENGIE New Ventures fund and whose technology matches the Group’s ambition to contribute to the growing demand for CO2 emission-free buildings.
- The optiClean offering, which covers cleaning services in the commercial building area and enables the service level to be adapted to the proven use of the location and therefore to the need.
- Tuttipiano, which improves the living comfort of employees in shared spaces, while encouraging them to respect each other’s acoustic comfort.
- The ACCENT project, an innovative solution to bulk the energy renewal of buildings through a true collaborative platform intended for local authorities and stakeholders involved in the energy transition.
- PowerZee, the app which encourages campus students to reduce their energy consumption through eco-responsible actions.
Three of our partner start-ups are also exhibiting at the stand:
- Backlight, which has developed The Camp, an immersive experience presenting a campus under construction in the south of France.
- WYND, which has developed an SaaS mode omni-channel management solution enabling multi-sales point networks to orchestrate customer care, from order-taking to payment, including customer loyalty and back-office management.
- Stereograph, which sells to major actors in the manufacturing and commercial sectors its own platform Teia for the supervision and 3D control of smart or connected buildings (smart building / smart city) so that information systems and supervision software can be connected to a BIM controlled infrastructure model.
Workshop: Increasing the capacity of cities and real estate players to improve the quality of life and work
The BtoT and BtoC business areas are inviting MIPIM visitors to focus on the question of improving the quality of life and work during a workshop organised on March 16, from 15h to 17h, in the Innovation Room of the trade fair.
Rethinking real estate calls for new technologies, redesigning the way in which decisions are taken and also maximising the human qualities of our spaces. Our Group is adopting a holistic approach to evaluate performance and improve well-being and has innovative solutions available for urban planning, while making better use of data from collection to display; it now offers disruptive solutions for building renovation.
The speakers are as follows:
- Franck Bruel, Executive Vice-President in charge of the France BtoB BU
- Laurent Bouillot, Chairman and CEO, Siradel
- Gilles Allard, Director of Group Real Estate
- Carole Le Gall, Director of the Building Renovation Key Program
- Cécile de Guillebon, Vice-President, Real Estate and FM, Renault-Nissan
- Bertrand Gstalder, Chairman and CEO, SeLoger
- Tom Warburton, Director of Development and Investment, Newcastle City Council
